About
We author, edit, proofread and print or publish most business-related documents, including:
- Plans, Briefs, Bios and Histories
- Website and/or Blog Content
- PowerPoint Presentations and Pitch Decks.
- RFP/RFI proposals and response documents
- Memos, Reports, Correspondence
- Podcasts, interviews and conversations recorded for business purposes. (see also Transcription services).
our Fees
Fees are calculated on the basis of document type, length, number of inclusions (photos, tables, chart, etc.), plus the cost of optional services such as research and fact-checking.
50% of the estimated total will be payable before we start work on the order, with balance due on completion.
Additional cost involved: Optional 3rd party custom design and print/bind/ship costs are passed through on the final invoice.
Minimum client time commitment: All orders include a 15-30 minute meeting to review requirements, plus one to two draft review meetings, as may be required.

our Process
You use the Form below to select your document type and service options, then place the order and pay the deposit amount (50%).
We send you a link to a work order review meeting to confirm requirements.
We commence work, as agreed.
When we complete the order, we send an Invoice for the balance due and a link to our payment portal. Once payment is approved, we email you the link to your completed document for download.
We will consider requests for minor revisions to the completed document at no extra charge. To request revisions, client replies back to the final invoice email. Substantial changes will require a new estimate and job order.

1 Select the service and document type
Use the dropdown menus to select the service you require and the type of document.
2 Adjust the length and number of inclusions.
We provide default estimates for basic document types, including length and number of inclusion. Modify those, as needed.
3 options
Let u know if you need to have your document printed, bound and shipped, or published. (Note printing is outsourced and these are ball park estimates)
4 Upload any source documents (optional)
If you are ordering a rewrite, proof or Editorial Review, upload the document to be edited or reviewed.
5 Place your order
The Summary Section will build the job cost estimate in real time. When you are satisfied, choose Place Order and pay for the deposit. We will send an invite to a job requirements meeting once payment has been approved.
Audio Transcriptions
About Transcriptions
We offer English-language transcriptions of audio content transcribed 1) Verbatim 2) Non-verbatim or 3) Edited into a standard MS Word script template document (default). Edited transcriptions (for print or online publication) are output in HTML or a format of your choosing.
fees
Transcriptions are charged by the audio minute (length of audio file, rounded up), with a 5-minute minimum. (We confirm the estimate and adjust if necessary based on file properties)
Additional per minute fees are charge when there are more than two speakers, where a translator is present, and where expedited services are required.
